LAUREL -- Men and women from Rocky Mountain College and Montana State Billings will be competing in a track meet on Thursday afternoon at the LHS Sports Complex. The Rocky and MSUB athletes were scheduled to compete at Dickinson State University on Thursday, but that meet was called off due to an unfavorable weather forecast.
